The young PG is campaigning for an MVP, and while reigning MVP Kevin Durant is sidelined, Westbrook has taken it upon himself to lead the Thunder. The Thunder are currently the 8-seed in the West and will need elite performances from their stars to make it out of the first round of the playoffs.
