March Madness of 2014 has fielded the 68 best teams in college basketball (arguably) and some of the best players in all of the NCAA. Doug McDermott, a senior at Creighton, has posted a career points total of 3,105. Russ Smith can flat out score, anywhere on the court at any time, leading a Louisville squad that is very undervalued as a 4 seed. Xavier Thames, a transfer from Washington State, has molded into a star and potential NBA Draft selection with 8 games of more than 20 points and a season average of 17 points per game. The most improved player in his time in college must be Adreian Payne who stands at nearly seven feet and can shoot the three along with rebounding and interior scoring. Duke's Jabari Parker along with Kansas's Andrew Wiggins will be one-and-done's but they bring added value to both of their schools. Who should be on the list? Who was snubbed? -------------------------------- Watch more TYTSports at: http://www.youtube.com/TYTsports Follow Rick Strom on Twi... ( More) |
