Unless you have unlined skin that does move when speaking, laughing, etc... concealer can and will crease. HOWEVER - there are ways of making it become less apparent and keeping it crease free for as long as possible! For those of you that hate the way powder under the eyes look this can be a blessing. I have given two options here. 1. Without any powder application at all. 2. With powder application but using sealer over it. Both provide a good, crease free...
